We only work in logistics. That is the entire proposition.
Blackridge is a specialist lead generation firm working exclusively with freight forwarders, 3PLs, parcel carriers and fulfilment operators across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Most agencies treat freight like any other sector and run a playbook borrowed from software. We do not, because we cannot: the only playbook we have is a decade of selling road, air, sea and express at DSV, DHL, DPD and DX.
Denas spent ten years on the other side of this conversation. Quoting lane rates. Modelling total landed cost against an incumbent’s headline price. Sitting in a transport manager’s office at eight in the morning explaining why a groupage service slipped, then presenting a quarterly review to a supply chain director the same afternoon.
He sets the ICP on every engagement, signs off every list before it is used, and writes every sequence himself. That part is never delegated, because it is the part that only a decade in freight can do.
“I know which subject lines a commercial director deletes, because I deleted them. Blackridge exists because I spent a decade wanting to buy this service and never finding anyone who could sell it properly.”

The decade behind the methodology.
Everything below is on Denas’s CV, dated, and verifiable through references. It is his own sales record, not Blackridge client results. Those are on the Results page, and they are kept deliberately separate.

Why it matters that we sold this before we sold for you.
The list is built with judgement, not filters
Anyone can pull a list of companies with “logistics” in the SIC code. Knowing which of those actually tenders, which is locked into a three-year contract, which has just lost a depot and which is a reseller pretending to be a carrier. That comes from having quoted them.
The copy sounds like it came from inside
Your prospects can tell within one line whether the sender has ever shipped a pallet. Ours open on things the reader has personally been dealing with: a fee restructure, a payout delay, a depot closure. We were dealing with them too.
The qualification is real qualification
We know the difference between “send me a rate card” from a procurement tyre-kicker and “send me a rate card” from someone whose incumbent has just missed three SLAs. You get the second kind, with the context that tells you which it is.
We have been the ones receiving the handover
We know what a useless lead looks like when it lands in your inbox: a name, a company, no context, no volumes, no reason to call. Every brief we hand over is the one we always wanted and never got.
What we do not do.
Stated plainly, so nobody wastes a call finding out.
- Logistics and supply chain only: freight forwarding, 3PL, parcel, same-day, fulfilment, customs brokerage
- Fixed monthly retainers, invoiced in advance
- Your leads are never resold
- Every lead exclusive to you and never resold
- Per-lead fees or commission. It rewards volume over quality and we will not price that way
- Work outside logistics, however good the money is
- Buy a list. Every contact is researched and verified before a single email goes out
- Report on impressions, brand awareness, or anything that is not a reply from a decision-maker
- Hand you to an account manager. Denas is on every call and writes every sequence
Thirty minutes. No deck. No hard sell.
You tell us what you sell and who you sell to. We tell you whether we can help and what it would look like. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
